You can but you'll have to keep the ppm lvl at optimal lvl for all growth stages. You'll face some problems but it won't be as major. GL! Tip if you want to do this keep the ec lvl at about 1.7-1.8 that is good for all stages of flowering.

it won't stress the plant out that much, it will feel alot better after the flush. What i like to do is to get like a 30gal tupperware place a stole inside it and sit the pot on top of the stole then i just keep running the water on it until the runoff is clear thats when you know your soil is...

they have these rockwool called macro plugs that has a slit in the middle where you can place the rooted clone from the aero cloner in. And that macro plug fits perfectly into those holes that comes with the rockwool cubes.

when i flush my plants i dont use a quart, i keep running water through it until the runoff is what im feeding it which is my tap water ppm of 200. it takes a long time to completely do one plant depending on the size of pot you have.
