Amazingly it looks like two of these guys might survive. Have been keeping them moist under a bt of clear plastic (leaving vent) under an 85w cfl and one popped out with a set of leaves earlier while another seems to have rooted. Amnesia Lemon and White Widow are alive!... For now at least

Looks good to me! The only input I'd have on top of what others have said is that those side lights could end up burning your flowering plants. They'll grow outwards as well as upwards.

Yeah If I had 150 I would its just that in 100 cm I'voe got to think that the light will hang about 20cm from top plus about 20cm for a pot leaving 60cm of space in between. How much space do I need to leave between the light and the top is basically what I'm asking I guess.

Allmix is I think 20% perlite and has nutes for 3 weeks. I have been doing that for watering but as you can see it's looking quite droopy. PH meter is on my shopping list, just going to get the 5-7 solution I think as it sems quite cost effective. Haven't thought about either hydro or aero...

Thanks man yeah it looks a bit happier today even though there is some more yellowing. As I say I'm just going to use bottled water, it's really cheap anyway but I'll wait it out a few days and post up a couple more pics if theres stil a problem.
