Ok so I'm 24 days into growing an autoflowering fastbud. ntil about 5 days ago it had been doing fine but has recently started to have some yellowing in lower leaves. On top of this the leaves feel quite quite dry and papery. Please see pics below. I'll include as much info as possible for a diagnosis. Rep given for any help. I've includd a pic of my grow closet as well. Im wondering whether to just start watering with bottled water and also going to the grow shop today to get an accurate ph kit. Any suggestions would be great.

Age: 24 days
Strain: sweetseeds Fastbud AF
Light: 1x 85 6400k cfl, 1x 65w 2700k cfl, 1x 20w 2700k cfl. (all actual watts, not equivalent)
Growing medium: biobizz allmix
Nutes: Biobizz biogrow and biobloom (I have fed once with 2 drops of biogrow in a litre of water so far though this prob started before)
Water: tap water left in bottles with the cap off for at least 24 hours before watering. Have been watering with 500ml every other day as this is when the top couple of inches of soil are dry.

Thanks!

So a day later and the yellowing is spreading to other leaves. I haven't watered on scroglodytes advice and I'm wondering if this is the cause or if there could be other reasons. I'm thinking it could be the actual water i've been giving the plant (tap left to sit out) or even N defficiency. However, as it's in biobizz allmix and I've given it a tiny bit of biogrow I'd have thought it wouldn't be that either.

Any help would be great, I'm just worried about it.

is pot heavy? or light? certainly does not look N def., with that dark green color, and leaf clawing.
Currently in between. Not as heavy as when just watered but not as light as completely dry. You'd know better than me about the N. I'm wondering about this water thing, I sprayed the leaves the other day as they felt dry and where the water has dried it's left a light mark. Is this left over minerals? I'm in a really hard water area so would this be messing with the PH? I do leave it to sit out although I just went to the shop and bought a load of bottled stuff to set my mind at ease.

It should recover though right?

start collecting rain water. hard water can really mess you up. the burns on leaves are probably from the light shining on drops of water. add a couple drops of dish detergent to spray, as a wetting agent. if those pots still have some weight to them, don't water. if leaves droop more, then water, but if not, wait to water until pot feels very light. plant seems more vigorous in later pics. straighten out water/ph, and you'll know where you stand with nutes.

Thanks man yeah it looks a bit happier today even though there is some more yellowing. As I say I'm just going to use bottled water, it's really cheap anyway but I'll wait it out a few days and post up a couple more pics if theres stil a problem.

cool. as long as you know bottled water can really vary in quality, and is glorified tap water. buy a water filter system like Britta, or collect rain, imo.

Use distilled water... $0.89 a gallon at local grocery store...

Buy a TDS meter
Buy a pH meter
Buy a moister meter

to know when to water....

stick your pointer finger in the soil up to your second knuckle, if it feels dry water it, if not don't!

Also, what are you using in your soil mix to provide adequate sedation and drainage?

Have you ever considered hydro or aeroponics?

Allmix is I think 20% perlite and has nutes for 3 weeks. I have been doing that for watering but as you can see it's looking quite droopy. PH meter is on my shopping list, just going to get the 5-7 solution I think as it sems quite cost effective. Haven't thought about either hydro or aero, they look quite expensive no? As you can see its a fairl budget grow.

Just remembered there's actually a water butt attached to my house which takes rainwater from the gutters. opened it up and it was full! Guess I'll use that from now on
