they do look like they are streching. replant when you have 4 sets of true leaves. you can replant all the way up to the round leaves, not covering, but right under and that should fix any weird looking plants as well as strengthen them. just be carefull with your watering, you dont want them...

if your running compact flourescents, they should be no more than 4" away from the plant. the only way your allowed to get away with that is because cfl's are a lot cooler running bulbs then anything else. i'm running 22,000 lumens in a 3x3 closet. you should be running 2 32w cfls per plant...

its most likely not a heat issue, rather a soil or stress related issue. for heat/ light burn, the leaves will twist more and have larger iregular spots. raise your lights 6" and direct your fan at your plants if you think its heat or check your soil... what your doing is like feeding a grain...

you shouldnt be ferting till a couple weeks after they sprout. plants will provide their own nutes for the first week or two..begin your ferts at 1/4 strength at the max and slowly build up the plants ability to consume more and more nutes...great way to make em grow good and deter your chances...

get an organic fertilizer. maybe add some dolomite lime to your soil.
