6.3 is okay,, a bit high but still okay. It looks like your pH fluctuated and caused the discoloration and holes. Has your pH been steady?

Dunno why someone would say nitrogen being that its a mobile element. If it were a N def your older leaves would yellow then die. That's looking like a classic case of Magnesium def judging by the yellow margins
