Are you planning on smoking the fan leaves? If not, do not worry about it. If you are 3-4 weeks into flower your lower leaves will start and continue to turn yellow and die off. This is natural for lower fan leaves, as long as everything else is looking good! Best of luck on your grow!

Attitude is great but you might try looking on Cannazon or Sannies as well, both have some incredible fire at reasonable prices. These guys on this thread know fire too, they are the ones who turned me on to these sites. Pay it forward!

I would not buy seeds from "some guy", who "says" he bought them from overseas but "does not know the seedbank". I don't know many people that buy seeds (especially 100) from a seedbank, then sell them for a dollar apiece (unless they are crap). Always buy seeds and motorcycles from authorized...

Sorry to hear about this, a lot of us have been there. Learn a lesson and move on to the next one, I personally would not waste another day with those. edit-I only looked at a couple of the pics, if you have some without seeds get the seeded ones out and you may be able to salvage something
