I think several substances fall into this. Def have seen it in Meth. You act on impulse so much, and I've always considered consciousness our soul. If you're acting on impulse, which I believe is almost purely of the flesh, ya can't exactly make the best decisions.

So buy a small oak or whatever tree that's still planted in like a 1 gallon pot, transplant it to shallow wide container. Walla, get your shrooming on. Might require a little creativity but def doable

Honestly, I install my scrog at whatever height I need to spread my budsites out decently. And I make it easily adjustable using wire encased in thick rubber as anchors in the corners. As she grows I can slightly untwist the rubber wire, move up, adjust budsites as needed, and twist the anchors...

Thanks mate, yeah I got a few touching here and there. But it's all younger growth so I don't wanna mess with it. Plus my humidity stays around 55% so until she gets bigger I'm not concerned. PPFD for auto is 460-490, OG Mutant: 350-395.
