The furthest I've gone with transplanting is starting the seeds in root riot plugs, then into coco 4" cups with light warrior, then into final pots. Root riot till very first leaves like the 3 fingers are fully grown and second have started. Coco cup till roots/myco fuzz spots start to appear...
