Do you extract the air from the tent at all? Temps and rh sounds wild, is it crazy hot and humid outside the tent aswell? Sounds like there something up with the whole setup, just wanted to see if basics are covered.

Not sure if its too late but using a net or two in stretch phase can many times tame the stretch a bit. Find ways to get the net to hold the branch down at a node and you can usually controll stretch a bit. Ymmv :)
