I use 600 watt long azz time like a lot of people…. Best bang for your buck flower wise in a home grow imho. I do have LED but it’s much easier for me to deal with the heat issues that come from HID than it is to reach the environmental parameters to make LED feasible(cuz where I live obvs)...
