That seed is no good it you squeezed it and goo came out like that said most probably rotten, better idea next time to start your seed in a glass of water try keep it at room temp for 24 hours to give it a good chance for germination or the paper towel method is a better one to go for 2 squares...

If your running a wire from a single or double hone socket up the break amp by 10 amps don't worry about wire or anything yet just get the breaker sorted open your trip box and see what's labelled better still open it and take a picture post it here and I can advise further I'm an ex electrician
