they look like they could use more N and cal/mag. they dont look terribly happy, so id start with a good flush, its been a while since ive done soil, if i were you I'd consider DWC or some other simple method of hydro. Cleaner and simpler all around.

i see some really clear signs of a cal/mag deficiency, they look overwatered and overfed - maybe your PH is off too, a little heat stressed maybe, light green yellowish new growth is normal most of the time. You should try to provide as much information about the grow as you can before asking...

You really should until you get an idea of what the PH is when you fill and when they drink it low. PH is not something you can be wrong on in DWC because the plant will generally not forgive you. proper ph is many times more important than res changes, I have never once changed my res in any...

let me clarify my statement. keep an eye out for cal/mag deficiencies. make sure you are feeding it actual nutrients beyond the 3rd or 4th week. It will not necessarily need additional cal/mag, it WILL need FOOD.

I agree with you, no point in running any light really at anything less than full power.. its like economy mode on a sport bike :)

It looks fine - tiny little bit of heat stress, could be a bit overwatered, or it could be sleeping. just be patient and continue on as normal.

is it possible that its like one of those floating seed pods that just got stuck there? If not, it does look like mold and not bud-rot, check towards the stem to confirm.

they look healthy @Stoner_shit2019 .. they need 6 or more weeks still, how much bigger will thebuds get? that all depends on the light, strain, and how well you grow them.. they should at least double or triple in size from what they are now... maybe a lot more, maybe a little less...
