Another beautiful morning another slayfest on stripers. Not that you would be able to tell from this picture but this was a 30 inch striper. Could not hold it long enough and well enough to get a better pic. Also had a 24 inch, multiple 20 inch, multiple 18 inch and a couple non keeper...

Epic day of Striper fishing today! Got on the water as dawn hit. 15 in total 7 of which were 18 inches and over. 3 of the 7 were over 24.

Berryessa caught fire multiple years in a decade and the fishing is still amazing. They go deep when shit like that happens. On a side note I pray for all who's property is in the line of the fire. Too many of my friends lost alot during the last fire up there.

Many of my buddies don't post on the apps however many of them do. I can honestly say at least with my group of guys it's about the fishing. Posting on the app keeps a log that your friends can follow. That is always fun. Just like posting in this thread it's fun to show off your catches.

I made a stupid decision and will stick by it! I have decided that I am going to use my BFS setup aldebaran paired with a dobyns Sierra ultra light tomorrow for striper fishing. 6lb test should prove to be a challenge with a 30 inch striper. Lol

It's unfortunate that people can't keep good shit as good shit. The good news is let a year or 2 go by and those spots generally open right back up.
