It looks like you are maybe watering it too much or too often. Because it looks like it's effecting the plant from the soil up, not just that one leaf... Do you allow the soil to dry at all or do you always keep it moist? Usually when you over water the plant has no way to expel all the excess...

Naw that's looking good! You could leave it like that or if you want more tops just LST those branches out and down so all the lower nodes in the middle grow upwards making more tops and making it more bushy... But it looks fine to me how it is. Right now it looks to be around 10-15 tops...

I've had phenos that just grew like that some time from seed, sometimes it will go away sometimes it won't. But also another thing to look into, is maybe take a magnifying glass and look underneath the leafs. That to me kind of looks like thrips damage! They go under your leafs and start eating...

A lot of strains that are dense, is the genetics coupled with nutrients. Getting your light height dialed in without over doing it will definitely help. You want to find the right medium in the middle of rock solid and feather soft. Because if it's too fluffy and soft, it's going to take a ton...

I think you can if you want. I don't think thinning them out now would do much damage. I know everyone else says do it on certain times or certain days, but I never set a schedule to plucking off leafs to get better light to the bud sites and also better air flow. The guys above gave good advice...

Whatever works for you and your schedule. I use to flower mine at night so having lights on in the flower tent and the veg tent at the same time wouldn't make the garage hot
