my goal is to make Ginger Chews..... infused. I have some friends going though Chemo now. I figured it would help them with the upset stomach. And other things...... I love the Hot Spicy Ginger Chews .... and that is my vision..... to make those infused.....

Yeah, not so much a gummy. No gelatin to thicken. The temperature is the key. Not hard candy stage... I'm going to have to play around and experiment.

goes down to 60 at night, I have heat mat set to 68..... still get rid of heat mat?

Looking to make a recipe , a soft chew candy... Max Temperature would be 260 F... I was going to infuse the sugar and honey to make recipe. I'm thinking it would work ... any candy infusers out there?
