When I notice lower fan leaves turning yellow I increase the nutes and the whole plant greens up quickly. What are you feeding? The nutes I use says to increase during bloom.

I would say it is not yet in it's flowering stage, I don't see any signs of stretching. When I put mine into flower 12/12 lighting after a few days the side branches really take off.

The roots are grown and probably reaching around the whole pot by now, it needs to be watered. Water the whole pot until water starts coming out the bottom, make sure there are drainage holes in the pots and they are not blocked.

I wouldn't trim off "everything", but indoors I do trim and thin out the plants more than I do my outdoor plants. From experience i trim off the lowest branches that won't produce much bud, then selectively trim fan leaves that are blocking the light from penetrating down. You can experiment...

What are you using the fan for? I have a few fans and power supplies I collected through the years and even when i matched them up properly I was still disapointed and they weren't strong enough for much. Your'e on the right track and that power supply is too much, you will burn out the fan.
