Keep going or Start over? (Day #30 flower)

Yeah. You have to test the runoff to know what the plant is saying. Knowing how many PPM you are feeding vs the PPM of the runoff coming out tells you if you are giving it too much. Should be under 900 -1000 PPM during flower for nutes and feed only after runoff PPM drops from waterings. You do...

Could have put them too deep and got boulders on top of them. Maybe take some tweezers and take a peek?

    Photoperiod Blueberry GSC

Blueberry adds the flavor and terps GSC always needed heheh. Just started germinating 5 days ago. I used the wet paper towel method. Took 3 days to germinate. Then I planted them in solo cups and two days later they are popping out of the soil. That is up to date for now, but I plan on a...

I got it all cut and hanging out to dry. This time I will be removing the fan leaves wet, then doing a dry trim on all the sugar leaves. I got so much pot! This was a successful harvest! I aim for 16 days at 60 degrees and 60% humidity. I can never get it exactly that being in my basement but...

I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest. One bag will fill one of my 10 gallon fabric grow pots. After using this soil for a few grows and rigorous testing, I have found a few downsides to using this soil. First it is loaded with nutrients. Runoff ppm starts at 2000ppm and will maintain this level for much...

This is the nutrients I used. I feel you you almost have to be a chemist to grow with synthetic nutrients. I fed at 900ppm - 1300ppm through flower depending on how much it was up taking. I would measure runoff ppm and pH the whole grow to make sure everything was on check and a lockout didn't...

March 4th. Here we are at harvest time. I have been watering daily with pH balanced dechlorinated tap water with ppm 150. Everyday my runoff ppm went from 750ppm to 550ppm to 350 and today got 150ppm. The fan leaves have started to yellow a tiny bit. I started the flushing process at week 7...

February 27th. Week 7 of flower. Started my flushing today. Have been giving just CalMag and water for the past week where a full 5ml with my 150ppm tap water was 550 ppm going in. Over that week ppm slowly dropped from 1250ppm to 950 ppm and pH in the 5's to a perfect 6.4. Today was the first...

February 23rd. My Auto ISO and WB on my camera is terrible. Getting near the end here and she slowed down on eating. Soil runoff pH has been below a pH6 ( in the 5's) for about 5-6 days. She was also showing signs of CalMag deficiency (little freckles on the leaves). Needing daily waterings...

    Canoeing leaves

From my past experiences it happens when the light is too close and it canoes up to block it. I would go by the manufacturer's PAR chart. PAR of 1000 is for when the plant hormones kick into flower. During veg, a PAR or 600-700 is a lot better. Especially when they get 16 hours of light a day...

    Soil Selection

I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest and have thoroughly tested it. Runoff is near 2000 PPM for almost a month. You will never need to add nutes until it PPMs come down a month later. It is also mainly composed of acidic peat moss (below pH6, in the 5's) which I recommend using a higher pH at start until...

    Light question

Find the manufacturer's PAR chart. You want to use different PAR at different stages. Maybe 600-700 PAR for veg? Max 1000 PAR for flower stage. 1000 PAR is perfect for the plant to thrive without getting burnt. You don't need a dimmer. Just adjust the light distance from the plant with all...
