I think SCROG is used for indoor growing where you want to maximize light exposure while minimizing vertical growth. Since I’m growing outdoors those factors haven’t been an issue, but maybe I’ll give it a try at some point.

Looks like either nutrient burn or a cal-mag deficiency to me. If you've been heavy-feeding, try doing a flush. Also make sure you are ph'ing your water to about 6.2 when you water.

It's a completely random mutation. Each phenotype has a unique genome so they express different characteristics. Two plants of the same strain can have different numbers of leaves.

Better to not use nutes in the late stages of flowering. If you're nearing day 90 it's probably time for harvest!

1 teaspoon 3% Hydrogen Peroxide + 1 cup water. Apply as a foliar spray or water the soil with this solution. Completely safe for the plant and will kill PM.
