I second the over/under water issue.. How do you know? Have you used a moisture probe? Just because its dry up top doesnt mean its not saturated down below.. What is the pH of your water?

You must have had a fair amount of nitrogen in your nutes..Nice bright green and no colour fade after 3 weeks... I like to think of cannabis as growing flowers not vegetation..Example, if you feed tomato plants too much nitrogen you have a beautiful Christmas Tree, but no fruit.. It a learning...
