    Mimosa Champagne

Loving the fade on this strain. Grew regular mimosa before, definitely see a difference with this one.

IS IT ME, OR HAS ROLLITUP BECOME A PLACE TO DEBATE VS OFFERING ADVICE???

Interesting to see the point of views, thoughts, opinions and responses, some of which had me laughing so hard I almost passed out. At the end of the day, you guys/gals are all cool people. Help one save one, hopefully the saga continues....

IS IT ME, OR HAS ROLLITUP BECOME A PLACE TO DEBATE VS OFFERING ADVICE???

I’m starting to see a lot of threads turning into a place of debate. Don’t get me wrong, there is a difference between right and wrong, and good and bad advice. But it seems like even good advice isn’t good enough anymore, and there’s always someone that thinks the good advice stinks, and their...

High humidity when lights off 12/12 how to lower ?

I agree having dehumidifiers in the room the tent is in is effective if it’s large enough or you have multiples like in your case. I don’t need to have my exhaust running 24/7 unless it’s during the summer, at that point humidity is never a problem because the exhaust is always on. But during...

High humidity when lights off 12/12 how to lower ?

Dehumidifiers do give off heat that somewhat provides a little warmth at lights out, but not enough to drop the humidity. Running your exhaust 24/7 will definitely keep your RH in check as it’s constantly sucking the moisture out of the air. ( This is all dependent on the moisture of the air the...

    Spots on leaves

When you say 65-70, what exactly do you mean by that? I assume 65-70F. Most powders calibrate at 25c, translates to 77F.

    Spots on leaves

Does the ph pen give you a temp reading, or does the TDS meter give temp readings? I only ask because the temp of the nutrients make a big difference when ph’ing. Too cold or too hot can drastically throw the readings off.

    Spots on leaves

To be honest, I’ve never bothered with testing my runoff, and I use both growing styles, bottle feeding and dry amendments. I use to be all caught up on that stuff, but soon realized I was over complicating a simple process. Ph what goes in, trying to control what comes out will have you...

    Spots on leaves

You absolutely need calmag with RO water. Theres no calcium in RO water. Tap water has all the stuff RO and distilled water doesn’t. I would suggest getting your ph to 6.5-7. You may be experiencing a lack of nutrient uptake.

    Brown/yellow spots

Looks like it could be the start of a cal/mag deficiency. What’s your medium and nutrition? That purpling on your stems look like you might have a phosphorus deficiency, or your temps are getting too cold.

    Brown/yellow spots

Is it like that on the entire plant or just a few fans?

    Trimming fan leaves

Removing fan leaves should be done strategically and for good reason. Fan leaves are the solar panels to your plant, like the solar panels to a house. Remove the solar panels from a house, you lose power ( that is if it’s the only way the house receives power ), same concept with plants. Tuck...

    Nutrient problem

What type of MG soil do you have, there’s quite a few? This will determine what your course of action will be. The potting mix seems to be the most commonly used MG soil, which seems to be the bag I see in your post, and it has little to no nutritional value ( 0.21 - 0.11 - 0.16 ), and can feed...

Can some people set the record straight

Sometimes things are best learned when you learn them the hard way. Like a kid that didn’t believe the stove was hot until he touched it and got burned. Maybe even the best advice given wouldn’t persuade him to do things differently. Just know that you tried, and when things fall apart for him...

Blue dream tops of the buds issue identification

I don’t do the whole EC and PPM testing either, but ph’ing on the other hand is a completely different story. Soil should have water ph’d between 6.5-7, whether you add anything to the water or not. My tap water is 7 out the faucet, but 6.5 is the happy medium because this is where most of the...

Blue dream tops of the buds issue identification

4-14-17 is similar to what I run. I run 4-16-17. I do however run dry organic amendments, supplemented with kelp and guano to boost my P and K because my dry amendments don’t supply enough of either. This is why I personally don’t like soil that has nutrients in it. You can’t control what you...

Blue dream tops of the buds issue identification

Took the words right out of my mouth. Had those NPK ratios been given earlier, I definitely wouldn’t have landed on strain being the reason for purpling. While strain can be the cause for color changes, those NPK ratios are pretty evident of the problem.
