You say packed, so it’s a tube like a cigarette tube and they pack the weed and filer into them by hand. They can’t be hand rolled because they’re all the same and perfect cones.

You can buck the buds off the stems if they’re still on them to speed up certain sections that are wetter. Lay the smaller sections on a screen. If they’re all final trimmed then they’ll dry pretty fast. I run the dry right into the cure, right in the same room, so yes I‘d let the colas remain...
