    Is my plant dead ???

It should be ok if you tape it back up and brace it right away, I use plumbers tape. We’ve all snapped a few branches here at RIU, just tape it and time will tell if it heals. edit: added photos of my stem split for reference (tried to LST too much too quick)

Are these bugs good or bad

Diatomaceous earth is great for ants. If you create a barrier with it, they won’t cross edit: pair with sticky traps and that should do the trick

    I think I killed them.

You have an awesome neighbour there!

HELP!! 1 week from planned chop. What to do

Agreed. Had an Autoflower do this and I harvested asap. Not the best smoke IMO, it went into the hash pile (made some incredible bubble hash though!) OP, when you dry it, give it a sample smoke before cure, and see if it’s worth keeping the main colas, or if it’s better stuff for keif...

Are these bugs good or bad

Definitely not a spider mite, but also not sure on identity. When in doubt, clean ‘em out!

    hi

I hate to say, but Looks like you have a spider mite infestation, that will definitely need some natural treatment or a Bud wash when it is ready for harvest. Still a few weeks away IMO, especially with the reveg.

    Grow lights

Mars hydro makes quality budget lights, I’d give them a peak on amazon or direct website. Been quite happy with the SP150 and TS1000 models.

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) wash for PM and thrips, advice?

I’m also interested in hearing how that’s worked for others. I saw a video by Jorge Cervantes that showed the process, though I haven’t needed to try yet. Keeping this one in mind incase the PM decides to come back in flower (hoping it doesn’t!)

Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) wash for PM and thrips, advice?

Crap, meant to mention I’d be diluting it with water to a usable ratio, went with the 3% and still diluted, however I went with aleaf wash instead and sprayed with a few other things. Good to hear from you @MustGro they’re actually doing really well now, Spent 2 weeks going to war on the...

Ohana lemon ice tea and potassium

On a serious note, I’d honestly suggest looking up “compost tea” recipes for different stages in growth. It’s usually with an unsulphured black strap molasses (your sugars) as a catalyst, with worm castings or other guano / organic amendments to cater to what your plants need most. All organic...

    Nicotine contaminated marijuana?

It’s a good way to expose a plant to TMV (tobacco mosaic virus) which will spread to clippings and seeds. People have had to scrap genetics and start over because of it. I’d avoid keeping tobacco anywhere near the grow room (heavy smoker myself, but always outside, don’t need any tar build up...

    Gia green or black magic

Haven’t tried both yet, but currently using Gaia green, and I’m pretty sold on the stuff. Used it for a few grows now and decided that’s the nutrient line for me

New growth dark/twisted in nodes, advice needed!

Thanks everyone for reading/commenting I should probably update this a bit. It’s been just over a week, and can now confirm it was the spraying that caused some leaf burn. I used a potassium bicarbonate solution and sprayed them down to control the PM and thrips, but sprayed 5 minutes before...

Which is better? More or less?

Comes down to time IMO. 4 plants take shorter to veg to fill that area, but 2 larger plants will take longer to fill out. Same amount of bud. Comes down to preference, I prefer 2 big ones and fill it out. No reason wasting 2 seeds for the same amount of bud! But to each there own. cheers...

    Any help on these pests.

Ahh the great outdoors! At sundown works best, just make sure it’s a time with no direct sunlight and you’re golden I’d suggest a wash at the same time but next day, just use the hose with a sprinkler attachment (or your thumb) to spray them down lightly. When you finish, give them a light...

    Any help on these pests.

I’ve used that before, just make sure to coat both sides of the leaves, stalk, and topsoil. (Remember to do this as the lights go out to avoid burning) I usually recommend a leaf wash the next day or so just because it’s an insecticide with chemicals (Also with the lights off) Here in Canada...

Would compost tea pair well with bottled nutrients? Or no go?

I didn’t at first but after this week, I’ve been debating a topdress of worm castings and Gaia green amendments, and some compost tea to get everything going. Can I ask if there’s anything you’d recommend?
