I'd suggest starting around 2 mins ON 1 minute OFF, or something else using a 2/3 overall ON time ratio. Like 1m ON 30 seconds OFF, etc.. That way its not running around 33% of the time, regardless of the timing frequency. You probably don't wanna cycle the fans on/off too fast, like 10 seconds...
