Hi there my sour z skittles auto flowers are just under 7 weeks old and still arnt budding they have little white hairs here and there but theve has them for around 2 weeks now and they are still the same is this something to be worried about

These are my plants one day all droopy I thought they where over watered then I checked soil the next day it was dry so I gave them a good water and within one hour they where all praying
