    that's double the size of a 2x4 It's a beautiful light but overkill imo almost 60w per sq foot

    The new lights are better: more efficient and have better spectrum sure but there is no reason why this light shouldn't grow healthy plants in 2x2

    doesn't your blurple have bloom and veg switch? It's 100w so it's 25 watt per sq foot in 2x2. So under veg press the "veg" button and and under bloom press "bloom" no need to change It's older technology but we grew pefect plants under blurples for many years

    Its the wattage per foot that counts mostly so as long as you have 30 watts per foot (actual power draw not their fantasy rating) or whereabouts you will be fine

    Is there any reason to train outdoor plants apart from detection? GG is pretty short 3-4 feet.
