you need to water the entire pot with water till the soil is drenched. Then wait till dry and repeat. The way you’re doing it the entire root ball might not be getting watered

Yea the orange pot looks smaller so you probably water it more causing the nutes to drain out of the soil quicker, pretty common. Feed nitrogen

Deficiency, not sure what it is off the top of my head but doesn’t look like light burn... possibly cal mag
