It depends what you want from your plant.. I mean you could use 730nm Red and the strai reacts right to it it will want to bush out and broaden its leaves...then when you switch to flower you have huge solar panal like leaves, but again not good for scrog or sog cos those wonderful leaves will...

Its the cfls that increased the temps.. I have loads of CFLs in mine and the temps are high but if i switch the CFLS off and just run my cobs etc temps back right down.. I mean its all subjective ..there are so many variables and factors to take into account outside temps inside temps grow room...

Led generally run cool enough to touch when in use as a grow light in its intended fixture, HID aka HPS MH MERCURY VAPOR HALOGEN etc all run HOT AS FUCK and once powered up even the tiddly 70w'ers will scorch your finger prints clean off..with that in mind its safe to say led is the cooler temp...

That's not a problem ..shes only 2 weeks into flower and the first tops havent appeared yet... so still have a ton of defoliating to do... I've done big plants before that's not a problem for me .. but I dont wanna screw up a yield that big (3x3) if the quality is gonna suffer ... i am tempted...

I just read them both..it appears the full feed to the end seems the way to go.. I am skeptical though..only because the test were on their own line of nuitrients in the plants tissue etc.. I wonder how other brands nuitrients and amounts of nuits would fair under the same strict and controlled...

Would you say feed on normal strength nuits until the point id normally flush (10 days) but instead of just cutting to just PH balanced water... To go from the medium feeding chart down to light feeding or half strength nuits instead..?.. - STELTHY :leaf:

Lol, whilst honest, not helpful... If I can feed longer without risk of ruing the quality of the bud and smoke .. Id like to do so.. But I want advice from growers with similar setups in DWC that can offer up some useful advice as to A whether its worth it and B and what steps to take etc.. -...

Id be pissed if it were a male..lol.. am a bit nervous about thinning for case of turning herm. Am just gonna take it easy and only thin the lower dence areas and the occassional light blocker fan leaf here or there...thats what i am mot anxious about.....she gonn defo be getting thirsty soon...

If the root mass is huge ..chances are the roots will have swallowed or engulfed the bubble stone or air disc.. Either add a second pump and 2nd airline or cut the existing air line and add a new line and air stone etc... I had similar trouble.. I am root bound in a 20l DWC..but gonna try n...
