Watching growing videos I see the usual fan, temp sensor, light and such but sometimes I see a orange box hanging in the tent. What is it and what does it do ?. Here's a video and at 0:22 you see it between the plants and lights.

Doing a search for seaweed solution but all I find is seaweed fertilizer, will that change the PH as it has salt ?. Any thing natural I think would be better than chemicals, I'm using foxfarm and cal mag.

It's week 8 and I check the trichomes every day, all are whiteish well 80 % so week 9 or 10 I think will chop. I'm looking for more yellow trichomes this time as last time the NL had lots of clear trichomes. Oh and I have a jewelers loupe so no guessing.

We all learn from many mistakes, I posted my growing NL and posted pic and others told me wait longer to harvest. I was impatient and cut my plant at flowering week 7 I think, I dried for 7 days then jarred for 3 weeks. This is the finished product. It's not hard like dispensary weed, weak smell...

That could explain why most dispensaries I've bought from sells crap weed.

I think I did chop to soon, should have waited 2-3 weeks longer. My mystery plant I am going to wait 7-8 weeks to cut and week 6 will be on 7 june 110 days, I do wish I had waited longer now. I checked last night and all jars had little if any smell.

Okay I will wait longer, better safe than sorry. Also add nutrients.

It's been in flower for 5 weeks and a little over 3 months since germination, you think more than 3 weeks.

I have so much to learn, my second plant is 3 weeks away from cutting and by stupid accident I started 3 GDP autos just as summer is starting and knowing the electric bill will go up a lot. I had planned on not growing till September when the electric bill is low and cheaper.

Good to know, will check the calyxs on the other plant now.

I do have hygrometers for each jar however i dried the plant 7 days.
