    Organic Compost Tea on Lawns?

Northwood, I like how confronational you are. That article paints a picture I won't argue against. May I ask what do you have in your front yard? I think I just want trees in my yard, but I must not block the southern exposure. I spend my life with my dog, in the woods, midnight runs, no...

    Organic Compost Tea on Lawns?

I'd like to hear more about your distaste for grass (no pun, no sarcasm). I do need grass because I enjoy it in the backyard with the dog. However, I feel like my front lawn could be so much better...

    Help dying plants

It sounds like you need to get out of that supersoil you made. Pouring teas or nutes on that stuff isn't going to do much... hence my transplant suggestion (which won't shock your plant as long as you're gentle)... but I see that's not too feasible given the horizontal trellis I just noticed...

Light green leaves at the top.

I'd be concerned. Yellow growths with the emerging leaves curling/twisted is NOT a sign of optimal growth. I would flush out whatever you fed them. But it's probably not necessary as long as you don't cause any further issues going forward. The leaves look fantastic, BTW!

    Just curious

I don't get high often (especially during the day) because I enjoy my life too much to alter my reality. There are occasions, but that's it. Age plays a big role in this survey. If you're doing the same shit now as you were 10 years ago, you're not doing enough in life. I think I made up that...

    Help dying plants

He has a serious problem in the middle of flowering that started near the beginning of flowering. That yellowing would ruin my harvest. Hopefully someone will chime in and help you, Noobie69. Otherwise, go with your gut... quickly ; )

    Do these buds look healthy

I don't see any yellow leaves in the pics where you don't have the HPS blowing out the color balance. If the lower leaves turn yellow and die off, it's not a concern to address unless it's progressive.

    I need a new scale

I bought a $20? scale at a trade-show 20 years ago. It still works great! I bought a $80 scale at a hydro store that only lasted 6 months. I bought a 0.001 scale from amazon, still working after a year but the tare OSD button doesn't work too well. Here's my advice: Get a rechargeable scale...

What do you consider day 1 of flowering ?

A simple flip does not immediately turn the plant into flowering stage. Most people keep veg nutes at least a week after flipping. It takes time for the plant to shift gears. Mark when you flipped and when you started to see buds forming (which is when you should start feeding bloom nutes)...

    Help dying plants

Soil is living organisms, so calling soil organic is redundant. The comment was not worth the confusion, sorry. I'm not smart enough, experience enough to say what exactly your plants are suffering from. Please read my signature. I would test the pH, ppms of the runoff to determine what...

    Germinate PETA pucks.

I don't see the point of PETA PUCKS. Just get your veg room climate right and put the seed right where you want it to grow. lol On second thought, most people don't have that control over their rooms... so maybe the puck is a good idea!

Your medium is organic soil (redundant, yes). If that were mine, I would simply transplant. Fun fact: when I first did Subcool's SuperSoil, I had plants look just like that. I knew I fucked it up while making it. Sounds like you did the same ; ) Or just used too much?

    Germinate PETA pucks.

I drop them in water for 12 hours or so, then I plant. I just adopted this method recently as I re-embarked on the cannabis grow boat after a several year hiatus. My veg room is warmer at least 80F (using LED so leaf-surface-temp is lower than ambient room temp) and humid around 60%. No need...
