I don't worry to much about undergrowth or trimming till I'm in flower about 3 weeks. I do remove some leaf and grow sparingly till that point then I clean it out. In veg ya got plant matter growing all over as ya try to guide them with training. Giving that growth below the chance to rise up...

Things growing big-time on here. Beautiful plants. More grow space is always great. Ya got these small spaces dialed in great.

Your dead on. Good description of common sense leaf removal. I might add we need those leaves not just for the plant but for us as well. The leaf is the first warning sign for most everything that can go wrong.

Pretty plant. I'm digging the training. I like them low n wide too. Doesn't seem to be a very fast grower for two months. Prob just the genetics cause it's definitely healthy. I kinda like it too. I just yanked the strawberry Banana out from under there scrog. It's not growing upwards much but is very dense with leaf and stem. I smashed down the center and plopped a floater screen on top just like above. She's definitely spread out now. I may do this with another...

Tangie...this is getting interesting. Pulled all growth outwards again tonight. The plant is maybe a total of 6-7" high. I see a square outlined by bud with smaller growth filling the interior of the screen by the end. Gonna be interesting.

Cinderella99 6 weeks 12/12... I made an error setting a timer a few weeks ago. This girl has been getting 14/10. I fixed the problem two nights ago and made sure both lamps were 12/12. This error has kinda reset the clock a little bit but things should move quickly now. I guess some use 14/10...

Sometimes I let her go an extra day without water in mid to late flower. Sometimes I forget...lol She's a bit angry but I'm sure it'll recover. It got 2gals of food at lights on. All good. Maybe she will drop a few leaves. Very dense growth so I'm good with some leaf falling off.
