The answer for question 1 is that the FC 6500 or the FC 8000 led Grow light by @MarsHydrofactory would be prime choices for cultivation in a 5x5 grow space. Even the budget friendly FC E6500 and FC E8000 would be 2 excellent led grow lights as well. Eh! It doesn't even stop there! The FC E1000...

#3 the heating pad can heat up a shallow container of water. add an air stone, and you can use that has added humidity in the grow area MHFTW
