Yes. Spray a bit of water on the head to make the seed soften and then try and pluck it off with tweezers but be very careful.

I'm not totally sure but what I do is add my nutrients to my water and then as soon as I PH the water I use it immediately and I've never had an issue but I am growing in coco and not soil. I hope this helps :bigjoint:

I never knew that, I always thought HPS light was measured in lumens and LED was measured in PPFD?

He's using a HPS bulb, you only measure PPFD with LED lights.
