    Official Gaia Green Grow Method

Lol, sorry. Those are ten gallon grow bags. My point was that instead of mixing in the Gaia Green at 3 TBSP per US gallon, I mixed at 3 TBPS per one-gallon-plant-pot, which is around three quarters of a gallon. In the beginning, there were symptoms of overfeeding because of this, so I had to be...

    Official Gaia Green Grow Method

I haven't been here in a while, but I've been growing with Gaia Green mixed into my soil, along with earthworm castings and a touch of kelp. I mixed at the recommended rations, but for a gallon, I used a one-gallon plant pot, which is a bit less than a gallon. The soil was a bit strong and I...

What do you do when this happens?

Success, she's alive! I removed the shell yesterday, and it was stuck on more than anything I've seen before, but all is good now. When I checked it after work today, I was scared I'd find it wilting, but it opened up nicely. Thanks for the help, guys!

What do you do when this happens?

Wow, was it ever stuck on, the seed had hardly even split. I used a sharp toothpick in one hand, and sharp tweezers in the other, and got it off, but I had to try to split it apart a bit. I may have scratched the outsides of the cotyledons a bit, but hopefully it'll keep growing. Crossing my...

What do you do when this happens?

Thanks everyone for all your answers, I appreciate it. @weedstoner420, I'll dab a drop of water on it a few times over the next couple of days and let nature take its course. If it doesn't come off on its own in a couple of days, I might try to pull the shell apart with two pairs of tweezers...

What do you do when this happens?

Check out the pic, I'm sure this is something that many of us have seen in our grows! Just wondering if you have a seed shell that's stuck onto your seedling, do you ever try to remove it somehow? Would it come off in all cases if I leave it? This is a Dr. Greenthumb Bubba Kush. It's a pricey...

    PeakSeedsBC

Hey HG, sorry, I haven't been back here in a while. I hope you're doing well, too. I feel like I should be working on having some good mother plants with the seeds I have left. It would be great to keep the genetics alive. I've tried some strains from different breeders in the last couple of...

    PeakSeedsBC

How sad to see the end of the PeakSeedsBC era. This year I might try to grow out the seeds I have left, and keep mothers alive of my favorites to clone. If I can get one good Blueberry of the 7 seeds in my stash, I'd be a happy man, but NB, NL, KB and KNL would be nice, too. All great strains...

    PeakSeedsBC

@PeakSeedsBC I wish you the best in this endeavor! Your strains are great and thank goodness I have a stash of your seeds still! If there is any way to purchase these from someone else going forward, please let me know, even if it has to be in a private message. Your Northern Lights was like a...

    Official Gaia Green Grow Method

Holland Industry has the best prices I've seen for Gaia Green products, but I don't know their shipping policies because I just drive there. Perhaps with shipping, they might cost more, but for anyone that lives close to them, they're great.

Lucky 13 Seeds and Dr. Seedsman

We just ran out of our last bottle of GDP oil, which we made at home from the L13 GDP that we grew. My wife has already asked for me to grow it again!

    Mr. Nice Seeds

The Skunk Haze I grew in my room last summer is really nice and potent. Everyone that's tried it has commented on how baked they felt using it. I kept the Ortega plants outside because I read that they're prone to hermies indoors, so I was a bit scared to mix them in. The Ortega ended up very...

    Humboldt Seed Company (HSC) Thread

Your posts have me thinking that maybe I should plant a few of them in my grow room in the new year. My only experience with Humboldt Dream has been with my gargantuan backyard plant in 2020, which was so great but my supply is running thin.

    Humboldt Seed Company (HSC) Thread

I absolutely believe that you know what you're talking about, and probably much better than I. I just brought it up because whenever anyone (even mistakenly, like in your case), says Blue Dream, it confuses some readers with HSO. I've never tried the Cruz cut, it's good to hear that you think...

    Humboldt Seed Company (HSC) Thread

HSC doesn't have a Blue Dream. They have Humboldt Dream, which is a Blue Dream cross and quite a good nighttime strain. I think we should be careful to talk more specifically about HSC's strains and not HSO's strains.

    Humboldt Seed Company (HSC) Thread

HSC’s Vanilla Frosting is a great outdoor plant. I planted the seed late and still got over a pound of dried buds. I was actually amazed at how large and dense the buds were for an outdoor grow. Not only that, they’re potent. Humboldt Dream from last year is still a favourite. They’re great...

Super Silver Haze: A question for experienced growers

Hey all, I have a couple of Mr. Nice SSH females growing right now and they're about 3 weeks into 12/12. One has buds that are developing nicely; they're as large as I would expect an indica to be in this stage of growth. The other one is far behind, with only a few pistils here and there...

Newbie Cloning Question: Keep the cubes moist?

So mist them when I mist the leaves?

Newbie Cloning Question: Keep the cubes moist?

Hi, I just took some clones for the first time ever. I made nice cuttings, trimmed them, dipped them into rooting gel, then into moistened coco coir rooting cubes. They're in a dome-covered tray and so far, they look good. Quickly ... do I need to keep the cubes moist? I'm thinking of...
