I disagree with your stance on not needing a dry cycle. Make fun if you'd like, but I prefer not drowning my roots.

Key is to keep your humidity up until they root. Use a clear dome or something similar to keep in moisture. For faster rooting, use a heat mat hooked to a thermostat probe in your soil. Set it to 75 F and you should see roots within 10 days or so.

According to your link, the manufacturer says the light should be at a height of half a meter. So, about 12 to 15 inches. It would help with the internodal spacing I believe.
