I have a 200$ all-in tent from Amazon and am producing decent results. I'm not recommending it, but am saying that if the bottom of the barrel works well, then if you put out what you can afford for something really nice, you will be doing great.

No. I mean, you can fuck it up and stunt it and end up with a tiny plant. They are on an internal clock. What you want is to grow photos so you can control everything.

All 4 are Mephisto. The 2 on the left are Toof Decay x Walter White and the 2 on the right are Sour Crack. All 4 are 33 days old.

I will probably always grow both. The autos are fun to watch grow.

I don't really see much of a difference. In fact, based on smell, the Mephisto autos of my current grow seem like they are going to be stronger than the photos I'm also growing.

I grow in soil atm because I am still learning, but the results I see with coco are usually more substantial by an order of magnitude at least vs 1:1 in soil.

The 3rd Sour Crack seedling didn't make it. The other 4 autos are ploughing along. One of the Toof Decay X Walter Whites is a head taller than the other three even the other TD X WW and its stem smells like burnt tires. I surmise the photos are in about week 3-4 of flower. They are getting...

I rubbed the stems of the photos. The Strawberry Cough has a fruity skunky smell, but the one that is supposed to be C99xKali Mist smells like that cheese that is covered in almonds and comes around at Christmas. Also, a couple more bud shots.

I've started 6 autos in FF ocean soil in 3 gallon pots and haven't burned a one. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but I think the danger is way over blown

Photo dump: We're cooking with gas now. The developed autos are all starting to flower and the photos are getting trichomes. Temps are low but it seems okay. I have a space heater at the ready.
