You need more light than you are using. Moving closer to the existing light may help. But, more light is needed. I don’t know what your budget is but you can get LED pretty reasonably these days and that will save you the need to also get a bunch of cooling equipment.

Nanners are mostly due to some kind of shock or, stress or, nutrient issues or, Ph issues. Sometimes a combination of multiple things. OR they sometimes just happen.

Defoliation of lower leaves that dont get too much light is absolutely fine. Personally I wait until 1 week or even 5 days to flush. That way my girls suck up all they can. I also don't give them total darkness until the last 24 hours. But this is your grow not mine. Best of luck to you and...
