I too am using the Active Aqua Gro & Flo, and I put a copper screen over my drain. I am in the third week of flower and have had no issues with root clogging. I will post some pics tomorrow.

Yes I have been using the Rainbird Emitters for years in my Coco/Perlite grows, and when my friend Rocky recomended I use a waterfall system in my buckets I knew these would work well.

I too use Flora Micro and Bloom, liquid KoolBloom, & Bontani CalMag. Dry KoolBloom (@ 7 weeks for one rez, fill or about 2 plus weeks).

I would look at Banjo fitting, the are made in the US and I have never had any issues with them.

Did the bulkhead fitting not come with gaskets? Should be one inner and one outer gaskets.

How do you plan on drain the plants? You will need to watch EC/ppm and pH carefully. Can get away from you, especially in coco.
