I wouldn't start just yet....the soil has nutrients in it. When the cotyledons start to yellow, that's when you want to start feeding. But first feed should be no more then 25% and work your way up.

You still have a long ways to go....they will start to fatten up in the back half of flowering. They even swell up to a good 25% in size in the final 2 weeks of flower. Plants look fine. I would not worry.

I own and have ran the TS-1000. 8 inches is more then fine but I would try to get the light a few inches higher. Use zip ties instead of the wire hangers. I doubt it's light burn. You are in flower now so the leaves will change too. Even when the problem is fixed....damaged leaves wont recover.

How high are your lights and what kind of lights are they?

What are you feeding them....spots can be calcium def.

Lowest leaves usually die out from no light and tops taking nutrients.
