Horticultural Lighting Group End of Summer Grow and Show give away!

Looks like the 600R is what's left... Not my pick, but no complaints. Can't wait to get this jewel over my fall sativa grow.

Light intensity question on these buds

Plants look fine. Keep doing what you're doing.

Does this look right for Day 16?

Competing bro-science can precipitate real problems for newbs. The OP had good intentions; just didn't connect the dots.

Does this look right for Day 16?

You're in serious need of more light. DON'T defoliate any more. The poor things are struggling to photosynthesize. Should be looking at light that puts out around 40W / sqft of canopy if you want to grow quality buds.

    Durban poison by Mel Frank

Now THAT, looks like an equatorial sativa, and no doubt includes 14-16 weeks of flowering.

    Durban poison by Mel Frank

I've bought and grown the Durban Poison from Dutch Passion and it is the furthest from being a landrace strain that I've seen; extremely homogeneous phenotypes, wide, 5-7 blade leaves, 8-9 week flowering time, and all of the "wild" character has been bred out. It produces "OK" weed, but nothing...

    Oregon Outdoor 2022

Ah, the sights and smells of a September harvest... The Seawarp looks promising, so far. Anyone else have a photoperiod that's showing apical flowers?

Good sale prices currently; did you ever order from them? Any feedback?

    3rd grow ever

You're fine, though I'd lower your screen (net) to the top of the plant. As it continues to grow, keep the canopy below the net until there's a top poking out of 70% of the net holes, then flip to 12/12 and you're off to the races. Depending on stretch, you should end up with a 6"-12" cola...

    Oregon Outdoor 2022

Anyone tried the "fast" genetics offered by Seedsman and others? The promise of a 7-week flowering period and a September harvest have my attention.

If those photos were taken in September, then yeah, the AH is a strain I've been looking for. Nice.

Yeah, I've been looking at OGS for a couple years for summer outdoors, but have been put off by the their regs-only philosophy. I did finally pulled the trigger on the pack of A. Hashplant regs, so will be working over the winter to make some feminized seeds. It's baffling and frustrating that...

    Oregon Outdoor 2022

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall you finish your girls under cover well into Oct. I'm looking for something that will truly finish with a few amber trichomes by mid- to late Sept. Lately, I've been trying to identify "super" autos that have a 90+ day germ to finish timeline. Amnesia...

    Oregon Outdoor 2022

I have a couple of Dutch Treat clones that I'll probably have to cover in order to finish, and also decided to pop the Seawarp regs that were gifted to me a couple years ago. They're alleged to have originated from Reeferman and to finish by the end of Sept, so we'll see -- assuming I get a...

You don't need more P in flower. It's bad for your plants and the environment

Greenleaf does recommend a bloom booster with their Part-1. Given the above info, is it more appropriate, then, to formulate a bloom booster with Potassium Nitrate and Potassium Sulfate, or is that even necessary?

    Seedsman gems?

As replacement for seeds that were recalled, Seedsman has offered my choice from any of their own genetics. Anyone have a recommendation for an outstanding Seedsman strain?
