I have a young sprout that is just shy of 2 weeks. It began leafing out quickly but grew out two tops itself haven't done anything to it myself and it was never open to damage from pests at any time. It was started indoors under complete protection.

They look very healthy. Worm castings seemed to accelerate the stem strength on my sprouts. just curious have tried using them?

Wow, from the leaves looks like nute burn but not sure there are a few things that can affect your leaves in a similar way. Are these low or high in your plant?
