I m new to COB's but I can tell you (b/c Ive been researching myself) that you can DIY using high bin CXB3590 COB's run @ .700A passively cooled for 64% efficiency and only use half that wattage while achieving awesome PPFD... Or, you can spend less on equipment now; but, run lower efficiency...
