I think you'll be okay, the difference is negligible imo. You'll work out the best way to hang them when they're up and running..using any more intense light to your advantage.

Ferret shit is the usual here in the UK...works a treat. Some (most?) zoos sell their lion/tiger shit etc for this very reason. Worth checking out simply for the coolness of the solution imo (:

How's it looking above the wound? If she's growing on then you're probably okay... You could put a couple of splints on her if needs be...
