looks good man. hard to tell about the stretching but that's not something to really worry about right now. keep a fan blowing on it softly so it builds some strength to a breeze and maybe replant later and you'll be good!

I have grown plants in the past, and started growing again after a few years, this year. I would definitely recommend starting with cheaper seeds.. I bought 14 good quality fem seeds and I'm left with 3 because I started too early and only the most robust survived.. So basically ~$120 for 3...

Normally I would opt for wood but because of prices I'm thinking PVC is going to be the way to go. And yes, I wouldn't use cement either.. no real reason to in this case.
