Thanks for the advice. I figured I should do at least a little pruning so the other nodes will grow up. I still have to remove more from under the scrog. First time with a scrog and boy is it intimidating at times.

You should have sealed the wound with root hormone and rapped it with something like a zip tie or duct tape. That is why I don't like these high stress methods. Always do LST only I don't even like to top them or fim them. Then though them in a scrog.
