yeah they look old enough to flip,they look about a foot tall...yield relies on a million things so its impossible to say...mostly its light and genetics...but for example those two plants under a 400w hps flipped now would probably yield 6-8 oz but without knowing everything your using abnd...

well its a 40w increase in wattage...with a quantum board that can equal a 60gram extra yield...im not too interesrted in all the specs of lights so youd have to look up the difference in light output...i have 6 of the 260w quantums and theyre awesome i definitely can recommend them

ph is divided in soil/soiless mix....personally imo real soil you dont need to ph but soiless mix you do...i grow in a soiless peat based mix and i always ph to 6.5 which is the sweet spot...so as long as you ph to this youll be golden.dont worry about your medium ph going out ,it shouldnt do...

theyre looking good mate well done.only advice is if your keeping them outside is keep your eye on the flowering time when you do flip youll need to make sure you keep to 12 hrs a day dark period minimum.

I have them under 24hr light but tbh it doesn't matter at this stage you could have them under 1 hr a day and they'd still grow.18/ 6 is the standard cycle

yeah you'll be ok doing that.. there's no rules really you could do one or the other as the first week of flip is a transitional period to full flower.id use the new light and flip straight away

give em two litres when they need watering next this will wet most of the soil so bacteria can grow then I'd water half a litre round the base of the plant when next need water gradually increasing to 3 litre when they and roots are bug enough usually when a foot tall

you need to at least be giving a couple of litres just to wet and activate all the soil but 5 gallons when the plants are bigger with more roots and drinking more I'd be giving 3 litre but depends on how hot temps ate etc

look a bit overwatered mate, they should be fine just check the nute levels 7ml a litre seems a lot to me if your in a soiless mix of any kind you won't need nutes for at least a week and personally I'd be giving root booster only until the roots are well established.no need for cal mag either...
