Tell us where people are growing medical cannabis, town asks Health Canada

Read the final decision. Sept 31 2013 and March 21 2014. If you sent in your renewal before the original cut off date Sept 31 2013 and you're licenses (possesion/production) were renewed and were valid past March 21 2014 then your are covered. If you didn't renew and your licenses expired say...

Tell us where people are growing medical cannabis, town asks Health Canada

You're only covered by the injunction with MMAR if your production license was valid past Sept 31 2013 and your possession license was valid past March 21 2014. If any of those fell short you are not part of the injunction. So say you didn't renew your license and your grow and possession...

Tell us where people are growing medical cannabis, town asks Health Canada

I agree with some limits and common sense but say I don't want to spend 3-4 months growing 25 big plants under say 5-10 lights and can do the same with say 3-4 lights and 49 plants under each light and be done in 8 weeks. This is where my higher GPD is required, not that I need to consume 50...

If I could I'd love to be able to move my shop/life to the Atlantic Provinces except for Norther BC its getting costly to live here even in BC interior.

Not sure if that's the problem as more of the other provinces can more then supply their own now with so many licenses. This happened at the height of MMAR too just at that time BC had WAY more licenses than pretty much all the provinces put together BUT even at $800-900 is was moving. Its not...

I doubt it, NS is too small and far away from the big grower supply provinces.

Too many licenses across Canada which finally cause a peak glut in the market and other provinces can supply their own now. Same things is happening in California price is falling and its really messing up the market at all levels from wholesale to lots of hydro stores closing as no one is growing,

Ooooooh 5% of the market selling to dispensaries it not the market buddy. You can get insane looking stuff here for $1200 so you're $2000 is a rip off and good luck if you're in BC and dispensaries can no longer take you're weed which is about to happen in Vancouver. I know lots of growers that...

$500-800/lb's lol (not laughing in a good way) and that's if you can find someone to buy it. The sales in my shop which was the busiest in the area have dropped at least 1/2 in the last 3 months. I went from selling 4-8 skids per week to 1 maybe 2. When I went to pay my bill at the Pro Mix...

You're too late, retail hydroponics market in BC is all but dead, I expect 1/3-1/2 of the 125 or so hydro stores in BC to be shut down with in 12-18 months after legalization. and don't matter how good your product is if if can't come in at way cheaper then the current market leader and you can...

There will be some money in consulting but if you know what you're doing small can turn into something good. Back in the day one of the guys at my first store ran growing classes and people paid $350 for 8 week course with 4-6 hours 1 day per week. There were usually about 20 people per course...

In late spring, summer early fall its usually fresh as its farm season and there's 100's of farms here. Once farm season is over its a bit slower and some of the skids sit on the yard for a while.

Well I'm the 100% wrong guy to do retail as I hate up selling people and I will call out a product if its BS and I've had issues with manufacturers and wholesalers when they heard I was call out products but the reality is if its shit its shit. The most important is building trust but if you...

Wanna bet? I get plenty of 80-90% frozen bails of Pro Mix every winter. Just because you haven't seen one doesn't mean it doesn't happen all the time in winter months. No wholesaler will store skids of Pro Mix inside wasting $1000's per month on heating a huge warehouse just to keep them from...

Depends if you know the market and if you know lots of growers locally that will keep on growing. Being where you are your profit margin will be better than the stores in BC or Calgary/Edmonton. If you were here BC coast don't expect to make more then 20-25% average profit margin these days...

Actually just had to open a second skid for another guy and they were frozen on the side facing the inside of the skid lol Had a good laugh as its been 25-30C here for several days. During the summer they're pretty fresh as so many farms use it here and in farm season time I have to wait a day...
