One of the biggest factor in spacing between nodes is going to be the Kelvin temperature of your lighting. The more red light (2000k), the longer the spacing. The more blue light (6500k), the shorter the spacing. Also not mentioned is potassium. Lack of potassium will cause long internodal spacing.

If you are in coco, that ph is fine. But explains your problem some. My ph advice is for soil. But diagnosis is the same. Coco robs cal and mag from the medium. Plant can't get it. Did u follow instructions for buffering the coco before use? Did you buy it pre-prepared?
