    Bridgelux Vero 29 LED Test

It's getting to the point now that I have to adjust the lights to a very fine degree to make sure the top flowers are getting the maximum with out bleaching, its actually pretty cool, it seems the more intense light they get the darker more purple they become before it gets to be to much. The...

PICO's DIY Thread - Advise, Ideas and Technology - NO PANEL REPS!

Have a look: http://www.saps.org.uk/attachments/article/544/SAPS%20Green%20Genes%20Article.pdf "Moving a gene from chloroplasts to the nucleus would take several steps. The first might be the accidental destruction of a chloroplast. This would release chloroplast DNA into the cell, allowing...

I had always planed to pollinate some of my buds, even before flower? Tags, I have flowers in my chamber in most stages of development. The shaded stems on the edges of the chamber are at least 2-3 weeks behind the main flowers, I could use them. You want to come over and measure the light bulb...

So I have an idea on one of my bleached out buds, this one grew up fast and was under the 2700K LED Array, about 4-5 inches away for about 1.5 days; The really cool thing you can see in the flower is that, not only the yellow rashes on the leaves but the streaks of purple through the top...

So I have a little plan to make a few seeds from this crop. I just hate to think I will lose these genes at the end of all this. The plan is to pollinate some of the high, best looking buds, I want to get about 75-100 seeds for the next grow I have planed. I kept the top from the larger male I...

WHITE LED THERMAL ANALYSIS & Radiometric Efficiency...

Most of this would not apply to the Bridgelux chips and Diodes, they are way past this technology as are others like Cree, Sharp, LG etc. You can try again if you like, I'm sure one of these threads will be useful eventually.

    Bridgelux Vero 29 LED Test

I thought about the plants a lot the last few days and also what people have told me about nutes and I decided to put them back on, finish things out with a bang! I am now adding the tiger bloom ever other day for the about the next week or so, but at a higher or full recommended doses. Only...

    Bridgelux Vero 29 LED Test

You can push the Vero to 3.1 amps, about 127 watts per array. Why wouldn't you use the Vero 18 if you wanted to split it out to four chips? Edit: Also if you attend to your plants everyday, bleaching should never be a problem; anyone thinking about using the Vero's should read this...

    Bridgelux Vero 29 LED Test

Hey Andy, thanks for looking :) I would like to look at the other thread you are following with the Cree chips also. Andy 2 Vero 29's in that would be very nice, I still believe the 2700K CCT Array is going to give you the best end results but you have to choose whether you want the higher CRI...

I am past debating PAR ratings and their usefulness, I dont have to convince everyone I am right with words (I have very bad grammar I know) I would rather show you. Einstein I guess did get one thing right, all this stuff is "Relative", you just need to expand your mind a little.

I want to test the use of lamp-black coating round plants, instead of the reflective or white paint we all use, possibly this could help the plant interact with only the true light waves from are LEDs...

But I do love the Vero 29! I am pretty sure most plants appear green to protect the DNA and RNA inside the Chloroplast. Plants are fun to study, I wish I started a long time ago, oh boy!
