Cool your room not your lights. Putting glass between a bulb that produces that much UV is also working against yourself. I will never recommend air cooling lights.

You were not watering enough. My rockwool plants get watered 6 times a day. The water holding capacity of rockwool and coco isn't too different.

Your humidity is too low. Your plants can't transpire fast enough to compensate. Therefore they droop and have nutrient deficiencies.

You split the lights so they are 2 rooms running 12/12. Therefore there as always lights on. It helps by allowing you to spread power out. The more lights in a room the more yield from overlap. so yea spreading them out does affect yield slightly.
