Thanks Mogro, I have tried that and it works well in my grow room. I just don't want to put sand on all my house plants, but that created a reservoir for the gnats. I may try that again in the grow room tho.

At end of week 1, definitely seeing some stretch. Zkittlz (back right) is stretching a bit more than the rest.

I got the Gnatrol today and watered all my plants. I tried to kill as many adults last week as possible with the alcohol soap (I only could find 70% but it seems to work). Thanks for all the suggestions!
